About
Genvio was established in July 2013 with its headquarters located in Christchurch New Zealand. The company was established as a result of the efforts of its owner and Director, Ricky Shaw, and his experience in providing expert property related services to a diverse client base over the last twenty five plus  years, both in London (eleven years) and throughout New Zealand.

A Master of Property Studies (MPropStud) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), Ricky slowly built the vision for the company over a two year period, observing an opportunity to apply his specialist skills and knowledge to assist clients who are often under-resourced (capacity) and/or unable to recruit specific skills sets (capability) for one-off tasks.
Ricky Shaw - Managing Director
  1. Ricky has more than 25 years+ experience in delivering facilities and asset management services to property asset owners, with the first eleven years of his FM career in the United Kingdom at Rea Brothers Merchant Bank, Channel 4 Television and EMI Music. Over the last five years the focus has been on the successful implementation of his own consultancy business – Genvio, delivering multiple consultancy services in NZ to local government, central government, SOE’s, health, defense, universities, polytechnics, international airports, financial institutions, national retail chains, the fuel industry, manufacturers, FM service providers and contractors. Ricky has a Master of Property Studies degree through Lincoln University, with other areas of expertise including property development, contract management, financial management, commercial pricing and procurement processes (both client and service provider/contractor perspectives - Ricky has been involved in successful tenders in excess of $500m over the last 15 years), process mapping, transition management, strategic business plan development and mentoring.
